Illegal and Unconstitutional Voter Roll Restrictions

Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections (RITE), the BCRCC, and the Maryland Republican Party have taken action against recent illegal and unconstitutional changes made by the Board of Elections to the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) regarding the use of state voter rolls.
