BALTIMORE COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY
Trump Assassination Attempt
The Baltimore County Republican Party is shocked and saddened by the attempted assassination of Donald Trump and for the loss of life and injuries of innocent rally participants in Butler Pennsylvania. We are extremely grateful that Donald Trump did not, by the grace of God, sustain a serious injury.
We are very grateful to the Secret Service and Law Enforcement for their efforts to shield Trump from further injury and for stopping the attempted slaughter of more innocent people.
Trump stood in defiance to the attempt on his life with pumped fist urging us all to continue to stand strong.
Our Baltimore County Delegation here at the RNC Convention this week stands with resolve to nominate Donald Trump to be the next President of the United States.
We call for a full investigation of anyone associated with this vicious attack. We urge all Republicans to stand strong and pledge to work hard to save our country from the radical left and elect Donald Trump to the White House in November.
We pray for Donald Trump and for those who suffered injury and loss of life as well as for our country in this sad and perilous time.

SUPPORTS ADEQUATE PUBLIC FACILITY ORDINANCE
The Baltimore County Republican Party strongly supports the ADEQUATE PUBLIC FACILITY ORDINANCE (APFO) . This APFO Bill was passed last week by the Baltimore County Council to help ensure that Baltimore County communities will have the necessary infrastructure requirements reviewed PRIOR to the support of any development project.
This is a necessary process that needs to take place in order to ensure our infrastructure can handle new development and expansion. It will help safeguard our schools from being more overcrowded and ensure necessary infrastructure such as water, sewer, roads, transportation, fire, police etc, can handle any new development in Baltimore County.
County Executive Olszewski VETOED the APFO Bill June 13. Olszewski is putting developers, Wes Moore, and advocates of unregulated development of high-density housing and other development projects ahead of the welfare of the citizens of the County.
The General Assembly recently passed bills granting the State and Federal government the right to fund high density housing in the County WITHOUT County oversight. The General Assembly Bills are harmful and egregious to the citizens of Baltimore County. Olszewski and the State want to deprive our County Elected Representatives of any input and the Council's ability to oversee development and provide basic public and emergency services.
This VETO by Olszewski is to support the State’s agenda for unregulated high density developments in the Counties and to eliminate any County oversight that could stand in their way. Johnny Olszewski needs to put the citizens of his County FIRST!!
We urge all County residents to CALL and EMAIL our County offices and VOICE their support for the APFO Bill and help save the County from the unregulated onslaught of development and high-density housing.
The County Council Vote to OVERRIDE the VETO is July 1.

NEW YORK VERDICT AGAINST DONALD TRUMP
The Baltimore County Republican Party strongly condemns the weaponization of the Federal Government and New York Court System against Donald Trump. The New York Judicial system disgraced itself by being used by the Biden Administration to bring 10-year-old bookkeeping misdemeanors and upgrade them to felonies along with other false charges against the former President. This is a blatant effort to shutdown the opposing Presidential Republican Nominee and interfere in the upcoming November election.
This kangaroo trial was full of unconstitutional rulings by the partisan Judge including not allowing the defense to present evidence, shutting down defense arguments, and giving unconstitutional instructions to the jury telling the jurors they did not have to agree unanimously on the charges. This is a blatant disregard for the rule of law and the verdict should be overturned.
We stand with resolve against the political persecution of Donald Trump. We urge all Republicans to stand against the weaponization of the Justice System against political opponents and to work hard to preserve our Constitutional Rights and for a fair and just legal system in our country.
We pray for Donald Trump, his family, and our country in this sad and perilous time.
