HB705/SB798

The Baltimore County Republican Party OPPOSES HB705 Constitutional Amendment Reproductive Freedom.

HB705 takes away the Constitutional Right to Life for infants by allowing the intentional death of infants up to 28 days after birth and will allow for gender-altering surgery on minors.

HB705 is scheduled for Tuesday Feb. 21 in the House and March 1 in the Senate SB798.
