On Attacking Fellow Republicans

The BCRCC makes the following statement, previously released on the BCRCC Facebook Page:

During the 2022 Maryland Republican Primary election, some candidates attacked other Republicans instead of running on their own merits.  These candidates focused their effort on negative attacks instead of winning on their own merit.  These actions have lasting effects and make it very difficult, if not almost impossible, for our Republican Nominees to have a successful general campaign.  The Baltimore County Republican Party does not support these actions.

The Baltimore County Republican Party supports all of our Republican nominees for office.  We expect every Republican candidate to follow President Ronald Reagan's 11th Commandment - "Thou shall not speak ill of any other Republican."  The Baltimore County Central Committee does not support these types of actions.
