Ray Boccelli Retires From The Police Department

Congratulations to the Baltimore County Central Committee's 1st Vice Chair on his retirement.  Ray served 25 years with the Baltimore County Police Department.  Before that he served 20 years in the military.   Many thanks to Ray's long history of service to Baltimore County and our nation.
